Personally, I don't think javazons are fun on a low budget. It doesn't do a ton of damage, but it does soak a lot. One of its prerequisites is Slow Missile, which is fun to grief bowazons with in PvP, but also, Valkyrie can be extremely helpful when you have low gear. It's not a very rare item, but if you don't have it, you're going to have to be mindful to repair frequently. Lightning Fury, IMO, is really only useful when you have Titan's Revenge. These should be filled before completing all Charged Strike synergies because you will likely never get all of them. It's amazing for cows though, since they have no immunities. Pierce is for Lightning Fury, so if you don't use that much, you can probably skip it.

Mana/HP leech don't work with this lightning damage, only the physical javelin hit, so other more reliable ways of recovery are usually needed.
